The BTEC National Diploma in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality provides the specialist knowledge, understanding and skills for learners wishing to enter a career in the travel and tourism industry. It also provides progression to higher education vocational qualification, a Foundation degree or a degree in Travel & Tourism or associated subjects. This qualification programme provides access to more specialist units and therefore broadens and deepens the learners experience in preparation for the world of work.

The one-year programme offers a specialist qualification that focuses on particularaspects of employment within the Travel & Tourism industry. Your studies will include investigating the travel and tourism industry and tourist destinations as well as marketing, planning an event and of course, customer service.
